Experienced Fitter; Towbars, Towing Electrics and Coding

The Role:
Would you like to be part of a great team in an expanding company that offers the chance to work at the forefront of aftermarket vehicle technology?
Working on a mobile basis, you’ll be the face of Kits-N-Bits at various locations across South Wales. You’ll meet customers onsite and will use your superb communication skills and customer focus to maintain and build on the excellent relationships we have with our customers.
As well as the installation of towbars and towing electrics you will attend service calls, diagnose faults and liaise with customers and dealerships. Your daily schedule will be organised by the sales team and accessed via our app, which you will also use to enter job notes after each installation.
We also train all our engineers in the installation of our other products in line with their aptitudes so this is a great opportunity to broaden your skillset.
The Company:
Kits-n-Bits has specialised in the supply and installation of a wide range of aftermarket vehicle technology products since 2003. Such technology includes vehicle alarms, trackers, beacons, reverse cameras, witness cameras, tow bars, vehicle warning safety kits, FORS compliance kits, CCTV and 360 cameras. We work with a wide range of commercial and private clients across South Wales.
Our reputation is one of high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This is something that you will be required to deliver in all aspects of your work.
The Person:
An experienced Towbar Fitter, you should have 3 years’ experience in the fitting of towbars, towing electrics and coding electrics with diagnostic tools and as a positive, self-disciplined and hardworking individual, you will have particularly high standards and take pride in your work.
The remuneration package is negotiable but highly dependent on experience. As well as an attractive salary we are offering a workplace pension scheme, company vehicle, mobile phone, uniform and overtime opportunities.
