Family Run Automotive Technology Business

Kits-n-Bits Ltd is a family run automotive technology business based in South Wales. Kits-n-Bits was formed in 2003 by Nick Millar and from a young age Nick had a great passion for cars, spending most of his free time in his father’s garage. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering and working for 15 years in the automotive trade for various local companies he decided to start his own and Kits-n-Bits was born, providing products and technical experience to the automotive industry.

Since 2003, Kits n Bits has achieved approved dealer & installer status for manufacturers and organisations such as System Edstrom, Sortimo, Rhino, Kelsa, Brigade, Motormax, FORS, Autowatch, Locks4Vans, Global Telemetrics (SmarTrack), Vodafone Automotive, ECCO and Tow-Trust along with many others. We have also held the ISO9001 accreditation for quality management systems since 2020.

Offering such a diverse range of quality products led to us expanding into areas such as multiple vehicle installations for UK wide local authorities, utilities, emergency services and parcel delivery fleets. We also carry out work for renowned local dealers like Keltruck, Euro-Commercials, Neath Coachbuilders, FRF Toyota, Day’s Fleet, Renault, Fordthorne and the Sinclair Group to name but a few.

We offer mobile fitting for the majority of our services which takes the hassle away for our customers. This, along with our first class reputation for great work and customer service, has allowed us to steadily grow and these days you will see our vans all across south Wales. From Carmarthen to Newport (and sometimes beyond) , all we need is a safe location to work.
