Great service from all the staff from making the initial booking, to getting the tow bar fitted this morning. We travelled from South Uist to South Wales on holiday and to get the tow bar fitted. I can honestly say I’m not disappointed with the great service I received. I left the car with the guys and Rick kindly dropped us off at the nearby train station and off to Barry Island we went and he kindly picked us up on the way back to collect the car. Everyone we met in the office and down in the workshop was very nice and professional. Tow bar looks great on the car and can’t wait to use it. I can highly recommend kits N bits to anyone looking. Thanks again guys, great job!!! I’m very pleased.😀

Initially had issues with coding electrics when ordering towbar for my Skoda, but Rick and his team sorted that, and very happy with the professional job done by the 2 lads who came to fit it outside my house. The job was all done in just over 2 hours and looks neat- all electrics working fine. Thanks Kits&bits!

Fantastic company from ordering via telephone, with date provided for the installation. Engineer texted 30 minutes ahead of arrival time. He was incredibly friendly and professional, respectful of the car and clean and neat. I’d recommend Kits-n-Bits for any service they provide to anyone and everyone.

Great experience getting my towbar fitted in Barry. Guys there were great as was the lady in reception. Managed to fit me in at short notice and price was really competitive as well. Would recommend.

Not often I feel the need to write a review - The guys at this company are exceptional! Had an issue with towbar electrics, spoke to Rick who sorted the appointment asap. Ryan was the guy who looked at the problem, he was extremely knowledgeable. Sorted the issue with confidence. It's refreshing to experience such companies that are genuinely there to provide a service over emptying your wallet. Cannot recommend this company enough. Well done!

Had a blackvue front & rear dashcam fitted on brand new car ,was a little hesitant,but dealer did not fit them ! Had good advice from Rick in office & satisfied me it would be fitted correctly with no issues with warranty on car .Arranged date & a Ryan turned up on time & it was obvious that he knew what he was doing , extremely happy with the way he fitted it & the care he took with the new car ,dashcam seems to be working fine .Very pleased with the service & fitting . Would recommend to use kits n Bits .

We recently had front and rear dash cams fitted in both my disability Sprinter van and my daughter’s disability car, and the experience with this company has been exceptional from start to finish.From our first phone call to the in-person pre-fitting appointment, the team was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to assess our vehicles beforehand, which gave us great peace of mind that the installations would go smoothly. The booking process was simple, and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly they could schedule us in.On the day of the fitting, the same specialist who carried out our pre-fitting appointment arrived, which we really appreciated—he already knew us and our vehicles. Both installations took around two hours each, and the work was carried out with great care and attention to detail.What really stood out was the level of service—even though we didn’t purchase the dash cams from them, the specialist took the time to show us exactly how to use them. That kind of customer focus is rare these days.While this isn’t the biggest or cheapest company out there, their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers made them worth every penny. We’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dash cam installations—especially for disability vehicles where that extra understanding and patience makes all the difference.

Outstanding service. Had cruise control fitted to my vauxhall vivaro 2012 van. From first phone call to the day of fitting by the technician Matt cannot fault the service. Very professional in all aspects (even when I got the day wrong for fitting) advice and understanding of what I wanted to have done on the phone excellent! Well done guys!

Rick in the office and Ryan who came out to fit the camera were really good! Obviously knew what they were talking about and Ryan’s friendly, reassuring manner was most welcome! I've had dashcams fitted by other companies and main dealerships and I can honestly say Kits & Bits did the job in record quick time, no problems at all and a professional service and excellent fitting.Absolutely perfect from the very first enquiry to the final fitting. Ryan the fitter turned up exactly on time, lovely lad, explained everything. Left the car neat and tidy.Have already recommended them to two friends and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Purchased retro fit reversing camera supply and fit and fit only dash cam.Cannot fault Kits-n-Bits service in finding a suitable product; showing up at my home to install when they said they would; efficient and clean installation; excellent price.I cannot recommend Kits-n-Bits highly enough and without reservation.We will certainly employ them again and recommend to our friends and family.
