  • Nick Millar

    Nick founded Kits-n-Bits in 2003 after years of working in automotive technology for local installation companies. He is a font of knowledge about all things automotive & technological. He is mostly out of the office on site in the thick of it with our customers and rarely in the office at his computer. As a successful competitive swimmer himself, he now loves to spend his free time at the pool encouraging his own children while they train. When the summer comes you often find him racing his Thundercat in Cardiff Bay.

  • Claire Millar

    Claire joined her husband Nick as a co-owner of Kits-n-Bits in 2007. Together they have taken the business from strength to strength. Claire manages the day to day running of the office as well as the financial side of the business. When work time finishes and family time begins she is usually at the water’s edge cheering on her children and other members of the local lifeguard club in competitions. Many a weekend is spent in their caravan away with friends and family and she loves nothing more than a good night out with “the girls.”

  • Rick Latham

    Rick is our Sales Manager and the service he gives our customers is second to none. When not at work, Rick loves going to the gym and swimming but considers his favorite pastime to be eating, hence the need for the gym. He also loves driving, especially through fantastic scenery. Although originally from Yorkshire he has lived in South Wales for most of his life and considers himself lucky to live in such a beautiful place.

  • Andrea Skene

    Claire spotted Andrea when they met at their daughters’ swimming club and knew immediately that she would be an amazing addition to the Kits n Bits team because of her organisational skills. Luckily for Kits n Bits Andrea agreed to join the team in 2017. She works in accounts, general administration, sales and often her PA skills also come in to play. She keeps the whole team in order!! Andrea's free time is spent between swimming pools with her daughter, rugby pitches with her youngest son and theaters with her two eldest sons. During the six nations season nothing comes between her and her beloved Welsh team.

  • Ryan-Owen Thomas

    Ryan has many years experience of tow bar fitting. He works both as a fitter and in the sales office. He is an enthusiastic F1 and rugby supporter and also enjoys spending time with his family and young children.

  • James Baldwin

    James joined the team in 2024 and is something of a renaissance engineer when it comes to job history with a background in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic engineering. These days he specializes in fitting tow bars for the 9 to 5 and divides his spare time between his family, beloved Bluebirds, reading, writing and visiting historical sites.
