Selecting the right Rhino roof rack or roof bars can be difficult, there’s so much choice. In this blog we run through each one to help you choose the right system for your van.
Delta Bars
The Rhino Delta roof bars system is available for most van types. The aerodynamic design with curved front profile provides a significant reduction in noise and fuel consumption.
The steel bars come in 2,3 and 4 bar systems and you need to consider the wheel base of your vehicle when chosing. The system offers superb strength and versatility for the transportation of loads, it’s econimical and is supported by an excellent array of optional extras.

Rhino Rear Roller
An added advantage to the Delta Bar is that the Rhino Rear Roller attaches directly onto the rear Delta bar providing an easy option for loading and unloading items whilst protecting the rear of the vehicle.

Rhino Delta Bar Accessories
The advantage of the Rhino Delta System is that there are a number of accessories specifically designed to be used together with the system.
- Rear door ladder
- Pipe tube
- Load stops
- Safestow
- Ladder stow
- Safe clamp
The Rhino Modular Roof Rack
The Rhino Modular Roof Rack is one of the most popular gallery racks in the UK and Europe. They are among the easiest commercial roof racks to fit, with high-quality illustrated instructions. No drilling is required, the systems fit into the original mounting points.

The Modular Rack is composed of modules, which are bolted together to form a one piece full rack on your roof. 6-inch side rails stop loads from shifting in transit, while wind noise is reduced with the addition of a front aerofoil. At the rear of the rack a full-width rear roller makes the loading of ladders, sheet materials, and anything else you need to carry easy. All Rhino Modular Roof Racks are wide enough to carry an 8’x4′ sheet.
The racks are comprised of 2, 3 or 4 modules depending on the size of the van, and are a manageable size for 2 people to fit.
Rhino Aluminium Roof Racks
The use of aluminium and other non-corroding materials means that the aluminium rack is just as strong as its steel equivalent. The aerodynamic oval cross bars reduce drag of the rack, and this together with its low weight means that it could save you money on fuel compared to a traditional steel rack.
In addition to the added benefits of an aluminium construction, the Rhino Aluminium Rack retains the useful features of a steel rack:
- 6-inch side rails support loads and provide tie down points.
- The full-width rear roller makes the loading of sheet materials and ladders easy, and is made from stainless steel to ensure its long life.
- For small vans the aluminium rack is longer than the steel equivalent – giving you more usable load space.

The All-New Rhino KammBar
The KammBar is the bar system version of the lightweight aluminium and can be fitted to all of Europe’s leading commercial vehicles.
Developed using the latest technologies in design and manufacturing, Rhino has produced one of the most aerodynamic bar profiles to date. Rhino have also developed a new shaped load stop to work in conjunction with the KammBar. Two pairs of load stops are supplied with the KammBar systems.
